1. Products
1.1 All 3D figures are custom-made, based solely on the photos and instructions provided by the customer.
1.2 Small artistic variations in sculpting, proportions, colors, and hand-painting are normal and not considered defects.
1.3 All preview renders are approximate representations; minor differences in the final physical product may occur due to printing or painting processes.
2. Orders
2.1 Orders are considered confirmed once full payment and photo uploads are received.
2.2 We begin 3D modeling immediately after submission; therefore, cancellations after production has begun are not possible.
2.3 You are responsible for supplying clear, accurate photos. Poor-quality or misleading reference photos may affect the final result.
3. Pricing & Payments
3.1 All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
3.3 We do not store any full payment information on our servers.
4. Shipping
4.1 We ship all orders using trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Nova Post Global.
4.2 The full process — from submitting your photos, to custom 3D modeling, printing, hand-painting, quality checks, and delivery — typically takes up to 3 weeks total.
Most customers receive their finished figure within this timeframe.
4.3 Once your figure ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4.4 Customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or delays caused by their local customs agencies (where applicable).
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All 3D models, digital renders, sculpted assets, and design files remain the intellectual property of Miniform3D.
5.2 Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works of the 3D models or images received.
5.3 You grant Miniform3D a limited license to use uploaded images solely for modeling, printing, painting, and order fulfillment.
6. Uploaded Images & Likeness
6.1 By uploading photos, you confirm:
You own the rights to those images or have permission from anyone shown.
The images do not contain illegal or copyrighted material.
6.2 Uploaded images are stored securely and deleted within 30 days after order completion unless you request earlier deletion.
6.3 We never use your likeness for advertising unless you give explicit written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We are not liable for delays caused by shipping couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7.2 We are not responsible for dissatisfaction with artistic style, color tones, or subjective aesthetic preferences.
7.3 Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be handled in Wyoming courts unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
