Because each 3D figure is uniquely created based on your photos, all items are considered custom-made and therefore non-refundable.
However, we stand behind our work. The following conditions apply:
1. Returns & Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items unless the product arrives:
damaged,
defective, or
with a clear manufacturing error.
2. Reporting an Issue
If your figure arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect:

within 7 days of delivery
include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
If approved, we will:
repair,
reprint, or
replace the item free of charge.
3. Refunds Are Not Issued For:
Artistic differences or subjective preferences
Details not visible or unclear in the photos you submitted
Normal variations in paint, color, or texture
Shipping delays outside our control (customs, weather, carrier issues)
Change of mind after production begins
4. Personalized Items Notice
All models are hand-sculpted and hand-painted based on your photos.
The standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to custom-made goods.
