Because each 3D figure is uniquely created based on your photos, all items are considered custom-made and therefore non-refundable.

However, we stand behind our work. The following conditions apply:

1. Returns & Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items unless the product arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective, or

  • with a clear manufacturing error.

2. Reporting an Issue

If your figure arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us at office@dykkanka.com

  • within 7 days of delivery

  • include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

If approved, we will:

  • repair,

  • reprint, or

  • replace the item free of charge.

3. Refunds Are Not Issued For:

  • Artistic differences or subjective preferences

  • Details not visible or unclear in the photos you submitted

  • Normal variations in paint, color, or texture

  • Shipping delays outside our control (customs, weather, carrier issues)

  • Change of mind after production begins

4. Personalized Items Notice

All models are hand-sculpted and hand-painted based on your photos.

The standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to custom-made goods.
