Your uploaded images are used only to create your personalized 3D figure. They are stored securely and deleted once your order is fulfilled unless you explicitly allow us to retain them for future reorders or portfolio display.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share your personal data only with trusted partners to enable our operations — for example:

Shipping providers (for delivery)
Payment processors (for secure transactions)
Production partners (for 3D printing and painting)

We never sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention

We keep your order records for up to 2 years for legal and accounting purposes. Uploaded images are deleted within 30 days after order completion unless otherwise agreed.

Customer Photos and Uploaded Images

When you upload photos to create your personalized figure, you confirm that:

You own the rights to those images or have permission from the people shown in them.
The images do not contain any copyrighted, offensive, or illegal content.

We use your photos exclusively to create your custom 3D model.

They are stored securely on encrypted servers and are automatically deleted within 30 days after order completion, unless you give written permission for us to retain them for portfolio display or repeat orders.

By submitting photos, you grant miniform3d a limited, non-exclusive right to use them only for the purpose of 3D modeling, printing, and fulfilling your order.

We never resell, redistribute, or use your likeness for advertising without your consent.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to miniform3d. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

Each 3D figure is custom-made based on customer photos. Minor artistic variations are part of the creative process and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.

3. Orders

Orders are considered confirmed once payment and photo uploads are received.

Production typically takes 5–10 business days, followed by international shipping (10–15 days).

4. Intellectual Property

All 3D models, renderings, and digital representations remain the intellectual property of miniform3d.

Customers may not reproduce or resell digital or physical copies of their figures without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Because each figure is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us at office@dykkanka.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will repair, reprint, or replace the item free of charge.

Refunds are not issued for:

Dissatisfaction with artistic style
Incorrect photos or details submitted by the customer
Normal variations in hand-painted finish

Important Notice for Personalized Items:

Because all our 3D figures are custom-made and personalized based on your photos, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is for a custom-made item created specifically for you, and that refunds are available only in the case of defects or production errors.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide via trusted carriers such as USPS, Nova Post Global or DHL.

Processing Time

Orders take approximately 5–10 business days for printing and hand-painting before shipment.

Delivery Estimates

United States: 10–15 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of world: 14–21 business days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
